Support Groups

Because we were never meant to do life alone.

We were never meant to figure life out alone. But so often we can think that "going it alone" somehow proves something. If we don't reach out for support then we imagine that we are tough, impenetrable, better than others, or can't be hurt.

Or maybe we just don't know how to connect because we feel vulnerable. Brene Brown, social science researcher has blown those vulnerability fears out of the water. When we can be honest, vulnerable, and feel supported and celebrated with others that's exactly when we find the good stuff in life again. We need a community to be well.
